Our business can be traced back to the Qingdao Chemical Station in the 1990s, where Bouni's start-up team became involved in the petrochemical business.

Qingdao Bouni Chemical Co., Ltd was formally established in Qingdao with Mr. Xie Hongwei as the chairman and general manager.

The Bouni team completed its first official overseas order, and Bonny products went out of the country for the first time.

Bouni Chemical has invested in a large-scale storage base in Jiaozhou Licha  Town, with an inventory of more than 3,000 tons.

Bouni Chemical invested and purchased land in Laixi, Qingdao to build a large-scale multi-functional production base.

Up to now, the Laixi base is still the most functional and largest production base of Bouni Chemicals.

In order to meet the supply demand of the South China market and expand the product group structure, Bouni Chemicals invested a multi-functional production base in Yangshan County, Qingyuan City, Guangdong Province.

Yangshan base has a abundant product line, such as OPE wax, polar modified wax, wax emulsion, etc.

Bouni Chemical and Chengdu Xingboyu New Materials Co., Ltd. set up a new joint venture in Guangzhou.

They jointly operate four production bases, including Yulin in Shaanxi, Korla in Xinjiang, Jieyang in Guangdong and Yangpu in Hainan.
